Day One: Business Foundation Set Up

Business Foundation Set Up: Creating Your Business Name, Setting Up Your LLC, Applying For Your EIN, Purchasing Your Domain, Setting Up Your Business Email & Business Website, Open Up Your Business Bank Account.

Day Two: How to Choose the Strongest Real Estate Markets

How to choose the strongest real estate markets where builders are actively needing land. We will be providing you all the tools & resources to know how to identify a strong real estate market to close deals in.

Day Three: Finding Homebuilders

This class will spend 2-days teaching you how to build your homebuilders list(s) - You'll see all the many ways to find & source homebuilders virtually.

Day Four: Builder Communication

Builder Communication: This day is to show you the proper etiquette when reaching out to homebuilders virtually to receive responses on builders criteria. You'll also have the resources to properly contact those builders.

Day Five: Calling Home Builders Live

Calling Home Builders Live: We will spend our class session taking turns calling homebuilders live & receiving coaching.

Day Six: All things Land Sellers

All things Land Sellers: This call will be dedicated to showing you how to use psychology when talking to land sellers / applying sales skills / negotiation.

Day Seven: Uploading A Sellers List In Flow Fusion

Uploading A Sellers List In Flow Fusion: This is an interactive class where we will show you exactly how to upload a sellers list to your Flow Fusion CRM. The objective of this class is to ensure that you're confortable using your CRM & how to add our workflows/build outs for wholesaling land.

Day Eight: Flow Fusion CRM Training & Understanding

Continued Flow Fusion CRM Training & Understanding: It's important that we set each student up for success, so we will be spending time to support you to fully understand the CRM.

Day Nine: Learning How to Underwrite Land Deals

We spend this day teaching the students how to underwrite land deals. How to look for utilities, endangered species, being confident when looking at a lead to ensure it'll work for the homebuilder. We review a total of 4-very hot market(s)

Day Ten: JV Deals + Continued Underwriting Seller Land Leads

Continuation of Day 9. This call also shows you how to JV with us in our market(s) we have homebuilders in.

Day Eleven: All Things Contracts

All Things Contracts: This call will be dedicated to ensuring each students knows & understands how to fill out each of the different types of contracts needed for wholesaling land. Our goal is to ensure each student has the confidence to fill out the different documents needed for their business.

Day Twelve: GRADUATION DAY

GRADUATION DAY: This is the final day of the "done for you" Land Program. We will spend this class giving you access to the continued support group. Our graduation day highlights students, giving away prizes & each student will receive a Wholesaling Land Completion Certificate!
